Lead Teachers
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director and other staff with day to day operations
- Facilitate/lead safe, fun classes and parties
- Daily cleaning
- Oversee and train other staff members
Desired Skills:
- Great with children of all ages and parents
- Open to receiving and providing constructive feedback
- Dependable
- Excellent communication and social interaction skills
- Background in child development and/or gymnastics or dance a plus
Assistant Teachers
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director and Lead Teachers in the day to day operations
- Help facilitate safe, fun classes and parties
- Daily cleaning
Desired Skills:
- Great with children of all ages and parents

- Dependable
- Excellent communication and social interaction skills

- Inventory Controls
- Cash Flow
- Scheduling employees work week
- Cooking and preparing all food

- Flexible time schedule
- Experience in Food Service a major plus
- Previous experience managing a plus
