After School Program

Hard day at school? Looking to play/learn/evolve?

Come to the JUNGLE and play soccer, dodgeball, wiffleball, flag football, volleyball, eat in the JUNGLE Café, climb on the giant play structure, bounce in our jumpies or enjoy the arcade!

And, feel free to use our study room to get your homework done!

Beginning September 17, 2007

Monday - Thursday from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Packages

• Daily: $10.00 fee includes: a supervised sport (soccer, wiffleball, etc.), climbing structure & jumpies
  (Café & Arcade – separate cost)
• Monthly: $160 includes supervised sport, climbing structure, jumpies & Jungle Café meal
  (Arcade – separate cost)
• Or just come to watch and hang out for no cost!

How do I sign up for after school sports?

1. Download Waiver Form from www.jungleplex.com
2. Parent or Guardian completes Waiver and signs
3. Arrive at JunglePlex by 3:00 pm and sign up for an organized sport
   (Must have payment AND complete signed waiver)

Everyone’s first visit is FREE!

Come in a group of 10 and get a pizza for $5! (for non-monthly members)
