Owner-Director of Operations/Finance
Nick’s responsibilities include managing all financial aspects of the operation which includes accounts receivable and payable, payroll, procurement and general accounting principles. In addition, he supports daily operations and partners with Kosta on supporting our convention business.
Nick’s background includes over six years as a Human Resources Executive with two Fortune 100 companies, ownership of an on-line recruiting start-up company and three years as a professional golfer.

Kosta Haveles
Owner-Director of Sales/Marketing and Food Operations
As one of the founders of JunglePlex, Kosta’s responsibilities include creating and implementing marketing and advertising strategies as well as managing the day-to-day operations of the Jungle Café. In addition to these responsibilities his focus is on marketing the JunglePlex as the South Shore’s Premier Indoor Convention Center.
Kosta brings over 10 years of business experience as a Technical Recruiter, Restaurant Owner and Marketing Coordinator for Fortune 500 firms in the New York/New Jersey and New England areas. Residing in Plymouth, Kosta currently owns the 3A Café and Bakery in North Plymouth with his wife Victoria, is a member of the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce, Destination Plymouth and an avid sports enthusiast enjoying golf and soccer.

Darryn R. Meichsner
Owner-Director of Facilities
Darryn oversees all aspects of the JunglePlex facility, general strategy of the complex and leads the planning effort of future expansion projects. As Plant Engineer for KAO Systems, his expertise with control systems, energy management systems and general construction was vital to the company’s success. He is also the current owner of Innovative Building Solutions, Inc., one of the area’s premier construction companies.
Darryn has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Mass Maritime and holds numerous certifications within the Commonwealth related to facility management. A lifelong resident of Plymouth, Darryn is involved with many community events and lives with his wife Jennifer in Plymouth.

Owner-Director of Martial Arts
Darin’s responsibilities will include developing, coordinating and teaching JunglePlex's intensive martial arts programs. These programs are designed to promote competition and offer a fun and healthy lifestyle for children and adults of all ages. Darin will be teaching Tai Chi, Kung Fu and Uechi-Ryu Karate, among other techniques in which he holds master ranks.
Darin holds many honors including a Sicidan (7th Degree Black Belt) and the title of Kyoshi, which is an achievement beyond Master rank. Sensei Yee was also awarded a rare Master teaching certificate by the Uechi-Ryu Association of Hong Kong, the Uechi-Ryu Association of the Philippines and the IUKF (International Uechi-Ryu Karate Federation).
Sensei Yee has crossed trained with many other styles of Martial Arts. He was awarded Master Certificates in Hung Gar Kung Fu, the most prevalent and sophisticated style in the Southern Region of China. Sensei Yee was also awarded a Master Certificate for Choy Li Fut Kung Fu, a “commoner’s” style that was taught to many adults and seniors. He has lived in Plymouth for 25 years with his wife Debbie and three children.

Michael J. Pieroni, Esq.
Director of Athletics & General Counsel
Michael is responsible for our athletic program development and implementation covering multi-sport league play, after school programs, camps and clinics. In addition, he is responsible for all legal aspects of facility operation.
Michael is a former childrens’ sport and activities coordinator with Family Services and the Boys and Girls Club of Fall River. He is a former Plymouth Youth Soccer Coach and is currently coaching girls U13 Massachusetts Premier League Team. Prior to joining the JunglePlex Team, Michael was a civil and criminal trial attorney in Plymouth.

Melissa Talbot
JungleCafé Manager & Birthday Party Coordinator
Melissa is responsible for the day to day operations at our JungleCafe which includes, procurement, staffing as well as food & beverage preparation. In addition to these daily responsibilities, Melissa is our key point person for our Birthday Party offerings. These responsibilities include, scheduling parties with our customer, scheduling and training our staff and party hosts, accounts receivable and customer care.
Melissa is currently enrolled at University of Massachusetts - Dartmouth pursuing a degree in Psychology and Sociology.
